Kiziba Community, the first community founded in 1993 is situated in Kiziba Parish, Kampala Archdiocese, 45 kilometers from the capital city Kampala. On 6th October 1993, the four pioneer sisters arrived at Kiziba parish in Kampala Archdiocese and were sent to the Daughters of Mary Sisters at Bwanda to learn the local language and know the culture of the people.
Sisters engage in socio-pastoral ministry. They also manage St. Ulrika Health Center, Holy Cross Vocation Training Institute, Holy Cross Junior Nursery School, Holy Cross Primary School and teach at St. Pius Senior Secondary School. The formation of the aspirants and candidates is done here. The Community Superior is Sr. Mary Grace Kayaga.
